No. The Job Board remains a self-serve way to browse roles. The Talent Network adds curated matches and warm introductions.

Venture-backed and venture-backable companies across SaaS, AI, healthcare, fintech, consumer, and industrial tech—rooted in Greater Cincinnati.
What does it cost?
There is no cost to join the Talent Network as a candidate. For companies, posting to the Job Board is available; contact us about additional support.
When will I be matched with a startup role?
We’ll reach out when a role aligns with your experience and interests. We only make mutual introductions — meaning we’ll connect with both you and the startup first to confirm there’s interest on both sides before making the intro.
How long does it take to get talent referrals for my team?
Cintrifuse prioritizes referrals for Cintrifuse Capital portfolio companies — it’s a key part of the value we provide as investors, and we’ve already helped those teams make hires. For startups outside the portfolio, referrals are more opportunistic and depend on who’s in our network at the time. There may not always be candidates we can share.
