Intern Funding: Cintrifuse provides stipends to help offset intern costs. Funding amounts vary based on program capacity, company fit, and selection criteria. Funding can be combined with other grants or university programs.
Candidate Sourcing: Cintrifuse recruits, screens, and recommends high-potential student candidates based on your company’s needs. Participating companies receive curated introductions to aligned candidates and take part in the matching process.

Funding
Funding Eligibility Reminder: To qualify for Cintrifuse funding, host companies must provide a pay rate of at least $17/hour, offer meaningful, supervised work, and allow Fellows to attend all required Cintrifuse programming.
