Nick Rabin, long-time senior real-estate executive, approached Cintrifuse with an idea to innovate the antiquated model of residential real estate. Cintrifuse led a team of industry professionals and experts from the Cincinnati startup ecosystem in a Design Sprint. The Design Sprint was held in the heart of StartupCincy and home of Cintrifuse, Union Hall. After exploring multiple concepts and end user feedback, a BigCo idea transformed into a local startup and the development of Homeshake was born.
